This system is a device you attach to a portable fire extinguisher that uses sensors to monitor the pressure inside the extinguisher in real time. It sends data wirelessly, so you can see instantly if pressure falls below safe levels or if there’s a leak or failure. This helps ensure that fire extinguishers are always ready to use without constantly checking them manually.

The unit can transmit data up to 150 meters under normal conditions. It measures pressure in the range of 0 to 30 bar, giving you accurate info from completely empty to fully pressurized extinguishers.

The sensor is extremely lightweight, weighing only about 80 grams, so it doesn’t add much bulk or interfere with mounting or handling of the fire extinguisher.

The system monitors continuously and can send real-time alerts when pressure readings go out of safe bounds. The frequency of data sending may depend on your configuration (e.g. every few minutes or seconds), depending on what you need.

There are several connection/ manometer styles so you can use the system with existing fire extinguishers without changing them too much. Options include fixed or removable manometers, different threading (M10/100, NPT 1/8 etc.), gas-type fixed manometers. This flexibility means you can retrofit many models.

No major modifications are needed. It’s designed to work with the extinguisher’s existing pressure gauge (manometer) or replace it if necessary. The sensor can be installed using standard fittings; you don’t need to rebuild or heavily alter the extinguisher structure.

It’s built to be safe and reliable. The sensor components are chosen for durability, and enclosures are typically weather-resistant. Still, like all electronic equipment, performance is best when it’s protected from extreme heat, direct water immersion, or corrosive chemicals. Regular inspections help ensure long life.

Battery life depends on how often the sensor transmits and how strong the signal required is. If the device is sending data often or through obstacles, it uses more power. Under light regular usage, the battery can last quite a while. Also, it's good to check the sensor, seals, and connections periodically to avoid measurement errors.

There are several advantages: you get up-to-date info without physically inspecting every extinguisher all the time; you can be alerted immediately if something is wrong (loss of pressure or leak); can improve safety; reduce risk of expired or under-pressured extinguishers; lower manual labor / inspection costs.

Yes, most models come with warranty on the sensor hardware and its performance. Alerts can be sent via SMS, email, or a dashboard depending on your setup. When pressure drops below a set threshold, the system will notify your maintenance team so you can take corrective action before a fire emergency.
